PSB assisted Oakbrook Apartments by removing an existing flat roof system damaged by long-term water ponding. The new installation included tapered insulation for proper water diversion toward the existing gutter system and a mopped asphalt system complete with a white granulated cap sheet for better protection from the extreme summer heat.
