PSB Contractors fabricated and installed galvanized chimney caps for an existing chimney system at Goodwood Condominiums to protect the building from water entry. Our chimney caps are available in a variety of colors and we were able to match the exterior of the building.

PSB Contractors fabricated and installed 126 custom awnings for all exterior doorways at Walnut Square Apartments. Completed with a unique curved design by utilizing an English Wheel method, the awnings are a premium sheet metal fabrication and available in a variety of colors and sizes.

The Goodwood Condominiums and Gates at Citiplace had been breached by water due to improper protection, which left the buildings’ roof system more susceptible to weather elements. PSB Contractors fabricated and installed galvanized metal flashing complete with adhesive weather guard protection for chimney repairs.

This project included removal and replacement of wrought iron railings and support beams for Stadium Square Apartments near the campus of LSU. PSB completed a reconstruction of the railings to comply with current Louisiana code and safety requirements.
